The Crack Technical Staff and I are all settled in here at the Terrace Hotel in downtown Cincinnati, getting ready to head out the door to the Duke Energy Convention Center, where the doors will be opening to non-season ticket holders for Redsfest in just 18 minutes.
I like the Terrace Hotel pretty well, so far. We were able to get a non-smoking room, which we haven't been able to do in just every hotel in Cincy. It's a little smallish, and some of the stuff in the room is showing some wear, but so far so good. The Crack Technical Staff saw free wireless Internet, which it does not, but the wired Internet seems to work, so I think it's worth $10 per night.
OK, off to walk the two blocks to the 'fest. Check back regularly for updates.
I'm off work for the day so that I can make the long trek to Cincinnati in the horrible weather to attend the big event of our beloved team. I've got to go pack, but check back this evening for an update on our progress.
I understand that Bill Bray is getting married tomorrow. Congratulations to the most promising part of The Trade. May consistency in his home life bring consistency on the pitching mound.
Also added to Bray's Human League Profile.
