I am *so* there. I’ve heard rumors that Goodyear, AZ has its own Arby’s…rumors that I plan to verify myself this very March. Sure, I’ll have to take the kid out of school for a week, since his spring break isn’t till April, but what’s more important? A week investigating the effects of dessert sun on pasty, midwestern, indoorsy-types, or another spelling test?

Today the Cincinnati Reds announced the schedule for their inaugural Spring Training season in Goodyear, Ariz. The 2010 Cactus League slate begins March 5 and 6 with games against the Cleveland Indians at Goodyear Ballpark, and the schedule features a whole new crop of spring opponents, including the Cubs, Dodgers, Angels, Brewers and Rockies.

On sale now are 2010 Spring Training season ticket plans, which offer fans preferred pricing in the best seat locations and plenty of other special amenities. Full Season packages offer tickets to all Reds and Indians games at Goodyear Ballpark, while Half Season packages provide seats for all Reds home games.
