Predicting the Division, Part II

Yesterday you read the division predictions of several Pirates' bloggers and what I thought of their analysis of the Reds. Today, counterpart predictions are available from bloggers of other teams around the division, including yours truly.
Every prediction puts the Pirates last. All but one puts the Reds fifth. Care to guess which one?
